The advent of K-12 in the educational system prompted MonCAST to offer one of the various strands in Senior High School Program.
ABOUT
Monkayo College of Arts, Sciences, and Technology (MonCAST) is a local college owned and operated by the Local Government Unit of Monkayo.
​
The school was established through the Municipal Ordinance No. 21 dated August 19, 2008 and was authored by then councilor Hon. Remigio T. Saldua.
​
The Municipal Council of Women (MCOW) Building served as the first campus where Sir Saldua managed the institution as the College Administrator.
​
With the growing population, the LGU transferred the campus to LS Sarmiento St., Poblacion, Monkayo.
​
Presently, MonCAST is offering Business Administration and Teacher Education. The institution is also offering ABM (Accountancy and Business Management) Strand for Senior High School Students.
